Worship  >  Visiting

We welcome visitors to worship with us on Sundays and explore our faith community.  If you plan to visit, here are some helpful things to know:

When we meet:  We worship at 10:30 on Sunday mornings.  Worship usually lasts until around 11:45.  We also have Sunday school for all ages beginning at 9:30.  We do not have Sunday school during the summer months - June, July, and August.  Every second Sunday of the month we have a potluck for those who wish to stay and eat together - vistors are welcome -- no need to bring food.

How to get here: Click HERE for a map and directions. (sorry, don't have this link yet)

Getting in the building: Once you arrive, you will find parking along the streets near our building.  We like our old, interesting building, but unfortunately it was not built with the casual visitor in mind.  There are three staircases around the building.  We use the entrance on Brownway Ave.  It's not too complicated, but we thought we'd tell you ahead of time that the other two entrances are not in use.

What to wear: We dress casually.  Not many ties or fancy dresses.

Greeters and Introduction: You'll be greeted at the door and given a bulletin for the service.  You're welcome to sit wherever you like in the sanctuary.  During the service there is a time when we open up for sharing reflections.  This is also a time when visitors are welcome to introduce themselves.  We enjoy knowing who you are.

More... If you're interested in knowing more about the congregation you can indicate this on a visitors card.  Just fill out the card and drop it in the offering basket when it comes around (we don't expect visitors to give money during this time.)  The pastor will email, call, or write you a letter.  If you're just visiting and aren't interested in further contact, you won't be contacted more than a note saying that we were glad you visited us.
